Michelin-starred chef Mory Sacko pops up at White 1921 Saint-Tropez for summer

REQUEST A BOOKING

Summer’s perennial playground of Saint-Tropez has a new hangout with a top Paris chef at the helm. Mory Sacko at Louis Vuitton has landed on the terrace of LVMH’s White 1921 Hotel, located on the town’s leafy Place de Lices, where designer stores neighbour market stalls and forever-there cafes.

Cooking up a mix of African, Japanese, and French contemporary flavours for the summer months, Mory Sacko (behind MoSuke restaurant in Paris) has curated dedicated menus for lunch, dinner and light afternoon delights. Not to be missed are the tapas plates of eggplant tacos or fried chicken topped with caviar, and, from the grill, prime rib or lobster.

In-keeping with its Mediterranean surroundings, the white-washed terrace, shaded by trees, features rustic wooden decking and furniture upholstered in plush neutrals. Dotted throughout are coveted items from Louis Vuitton’s Objets Nomades collection - travel-inspired objects made in collaboration with internationally renowned designers. Note the exquisite Zanellato/Bortotto's hanging leather lanterns.
